Digital Teaching Resource Licence Terms of Use

These terms apply to all digital teaching and learning materials, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, Google Slides, and Google Docs ("Resources") provided by rowenatutor.co.uk
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Resources, you agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. Licence Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence for use by a single teacher.
2. Permitted Use (Classroom Use)
The purchasing teacher may:

Use the Resources for teaching their own students

Display the Resources in a classroom or online lesson

Adapt the Resources for use within their own teaching (for their own students only)
3. Strictly Prohibited Use
You must not, and must not allow others to:

Share the Resources with other teachers, departments, schools, or organisations

Upload the Resources to shared drives, school networks, or public platforms where others can access them

Distribute, sell, resell, or give away the Resources in any format

Email, transfer, or otherwise provide copies to colleagues or third parties

Use the Resources to create competing or derivative products for distribution
4. School and Multi-User Use
This licence is for a single teacher only.
If multiple teachers wish to use the Resources, a separate licence must be purchased for each user unless a school licence has been explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Data Use Restrictions
You must not:

Upload, input, or use the Resources in any artificial intelligence or machine learning system

Use the Resources to train, fine-tune, or develop AI models

Allow the Resources to be scanned, scraped, or used for automated data extraction
6. Intellectual Property
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the Resources remain the sole property of [Your Name / Company Name].
This licence does not transfer ownership of the Resources.
7. Breach of Licence
Any unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of the licence and may lead to legal action under the laws of England and Wales.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
